【Technical principle】 The M-Discover 100 Excellence mass spectrometer detects the protein fingerprint (PMF) of microbial samples by Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/lonization Time of Flight Mass Specteometry (MALDI-TOF MS). , the software searches and matches these fingerprints with the standard fingerprints of various microorganisms in the system standard database to complete the rapid and accurate identification of the microorganisms to be tested. 【Characteristics】 ◆Cooperation with authoritative institutions such as strain collection center, CDC, well-known top three hospitals and research institutes. Based on the combination of microbial genomics, proteomics and bioinformatics, a targeted bacterial species mass spectrometry database was established to ensure the accuracy of microbial species identification; ◆The detection time of a single sample is as low as 6 seconds, and the identification of 96 samples can be completed within 10 minutes at the fastest. ◆The opening and closing of the sealed cabin door is controlled by two channels.
