Plate medium series
Columbia blood agar
Scope of application: It is used to isolate and culture bacteria from clinical sputum and blood samples, and to identify streptococcal hemolysis.
High bacterial isolation rate: Fresh defibrillated sheep blood is used to ensure that red blood cells are not damaged, bacteria grow better, colonies are more typical, and the hemolysis ring is clear and easy to identify.
Wider application: the pre-reduced medium can be used for the separation and culture of some anaerobic bacteria and microaerophilic bacteria.
Easy to store: It adopts the form of internal shrinkage and external vacuum packaging, which can maintain the moisture in the medium, and at the same time avoid the oxidation-reduction reaction of nutrients in the medium, resulting in the reduction of product performance.

Haemophilus chocolate agar medium
Scope of application: For the isolation of Haemophilus influenzae strains from clinical sputum specimens.
Product advantages
High nutrient content: The proteins contained in the medium are all extracted by independent research and development, and the ingredients are fresh and pure. The original extraction technology will not cause damage to the trace elements and vitamins in the medium. Haemophilus bacteria grow rapidly and the colony is typical.
High positive separation rate: The use of compound antibiotics such as vancomycin inhibits the interference of positive and fungi, avoids the influence of miscellaneous bacteria, and improves the positive rate.
Effectively adsorb antibiotics: Contains a large amount of amorphous phosphate, which can effectively adsorb antibiotics, and the colloidal osmotic pressure is high, which can promote the growth of bacteria after antibiotics.

MacConkey agar
Scope of application: It is used for the isolation and culture of intestinal pathogenic bacteria in clinical sputum, feces and urine samples.
The bacteria are brightly colored: the compound indicator is used to make the bacteria that decompose lactose and those that do not decompose lactose show different colors, and the color difference is easy to distinguish.
Higher positive rate: Use self-developed nutrients to promote bacterial growth, shorten culture time, make difficult-to-grow intestinal bacteria (such as Acinetobacter baumannii) grow well, and have typical colonies, improve the positive rate of detection, avoid cause missed inspection.
Carry out preliminary identification: replace OF tube or KIA/TS to observe bacterial glucose metabolism, save identification time and shorten identification cycle. At the same time, the oxidase test can be done directly on the medium as much as possible.

TM Neisseria gonorrhoeae medium
Scope of application: Neisseria gonorrhoeae special medium, mainly used for the screening of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in clinical urethral secretions and cervical secretion samples.
Strong selectivity: Do not use traditional nystatin as an inhibitor, use compound antibiotics with stronger bacteriostatic ability, better ability to inhibit miscellaneous bacteria, high isolation rate of Neisseria gonorrhoeae, avoid false negative and false positive phenomenon .
Nutrient rich: Using self-developed nutrients, the growth rate is greatly accelerated, the colony size and positive rate in 24h are the same as the original classic TM medium in 48h, and the reporting speed is accelerated.
Better appearance: The self-developed red blood cell extraction method is used, which is different from the general hemoglobin powder and 80°C hydrolysis and rupture method. There will be no glume-like precipitation on the surface of the medium, which is conducive to easier observation of the results.
